    El Centralhjørnet es el bar gay más antiguo de Copenhague y uno de los más antiguos de toda Europa. Abre sus puertas en 1917. Ofrece excelentes espectáculos todos los jueves y domingos (entre octubre y abril). Durante los meses de verano, dispone de terraza.

    Gran variedad de bebidas, pero el espacio interior es limitado.

    I want to like, even love this venue, but…

    Centralhjørnet is very reminiscent of a London pub to my mind with an L-shaped bar, tables on both sides, and a handful of slot machines on the way to the loos. The atmosphere was convivial, the decor fun, and the place fairly packed. And then there was the smoking. This was my first Copenhagen bar, so it might well be the norm here… but why? I want to like this venue, but I will not be returning until I hear that they have relegated smoking to outdoor areas only. Now to air my clothes…

    Casual gay bar

    I came here on a Sunday night and it was pretty quiet. The crowd was a little older, but all gay. I didn't see any shows going on, but it was also in September. Staff was friendly. The bar has many tables that are all wrapped around the central bar.
