    Ibiza gay beach

    Oficialmente una playa nudista, esta playa de arena, Playa Es Cavallet, se llena de gente alrededor del mediodía, con un ambiente de fiesta que comienza alrededor de las 16:00 frente al restaurante.

    Hay muchos tumbonas y sombrillas disponibles para alquilar, y un servicio de bebidas y aperitivos 'al asiento' es proporcionado por Chiringay. Justo detrás de la playa hay dunas boscosas que son lugares populares para el *cruising* por sí solas.

    Hay dos maneras de llegar a Es Cavallet: En coche. El aparcamiento puede ser un problema en temporada alta, así que no llegues demasiado tarde. O toma un autobús desde Ibiza Town. Anteriormente, era posible tomar el barco desde la playa de Figueretas, pero este servicio ya no está disponible.

    La temporada alta es julio y agosto. Sin embargo, junio, septiembre y principios de octubre son meses estupendos para visitar, con mucho sol y un ambiente mucho más relajado y tranquilo, y la playa sigue atrayendo a cientos de turistas *sunbathers* gays.

    Don’t waste your time

    Beach is hard to find and you have to go 15 min on send road! With car you don’t find a parking place. Don’t waste your time there is nothing! Restoran is too expensive and you don’t get sun beds if you come after 12! Ibiza is gay friendly but gay beach not. Don’t go there if you expect nice and relaxing holiday.

    Best gay beach in the Med

    My partner and I been going to Cavallet beach almost every year for the past decade. Its definitely our favorite gay beach experience in the Med - perhaps even better in recent years as its not quite so packed as it was in the past. The beach is not as easy to get to (compared with the gay area in, say Sitges or Barcelona). You really need a scooter or hire car, and as it says above, if you arrive too late (say after 2pm) you could find parking a bit of a challenge. But the beach itself is really very nice and having a lazy lunch at (the not cheap) Chiringay is almost a gay ritual. Don't sit too close to the restaurant if you aren't the type who likes a few funky beats as the end of the day approaches. Finally, of course, there are the dunes. Always worth exploring!
