Expectations

Went to Expectations while in London with great enthusiasm as I can't buy latex so much home. I was like a kid in a candyshop. I browsed and tried on like almost two hours and found just what I was looking for and got great sale prices too. I had a very friendly and positive experience and have gone to shop every time now when I am visitin London.

I went in to the shop because I'd seen several items online that I wanted to purchase. When I walked down the stairs to the shop, the reception area was empty, I located the two members of staff at the back of the shop. Neither acknowledged my presents or greeted in any way, the item I was searching for was out of stock and the staff member I asked about it was totally uninterested. I went into the shop having seen several items online that I wanted to buy but the lack of interest from the staff meant I ended up buying one item.
