    Extremely rude employees

This place could have been nice, since it 's large and there are many dark and less dark corners around. However, it's never very busy, except on a Saturday night. Most importantly, the receptionist is the rudest person I have met in Mexico (five trips) so far. He got angry that I didn't know the house regulation, like wearing a face mask (no other places in Mexico asked for a face masked in August 2022). The sell drinks, but he got angry because I took off my face mask while drinking (what was I supposed to do). He also freaked out, because I asked about opening hours, thinking that they may be different during the week as opposed to the weekend. So if you don't want to be treated like rubbish, go somewhere else

    Worst Experience Ever!

My bf and I went there on a Tuesday evening and what a deception. 300 pesos each for literally... nothing. A huge place very creepy, with little crowd. But the lack of atmosphere was not the problem. The facilities (or should I say the lack of facilities) was unbelievable. We were not expecting a luxury place but at least a decent, clean and friendly place. Instead, tons of stairs, empty rooms and aggressive staff. Few benches or seats, some bunk beds (so weird) and all the rest empty. You have no locker, no changing room, no towel, no bar, no gel nor condoms... basically you climb stairs in your normal outfit and discover creepy places. Not to add that the bathrooms are very dirty and run down. When we evoked our deception to the 2 men at the entrance, they did not even look surprised and completely changed attitude, being aggressive. They only said "you should have asked, we keep your money". We stayed literally 5 minutes... and left with the impression we have deliberately been stolen. Don't even try!
