Peek-A-Booze

My partner and I visit peeks frequently for food and it has never disappointed. My partner is vegetarian and the menu is amazing the food exceptional. The Sunday roast never fails to impress and the service is friendly and welcoming. It's very popular in evening with a very different vibe. Great for party atmosphere and T girl friendly too. Love it.

This place is an absolute dive with the as I can only describe as a vile man who takes pleasure in man handling woman . Please please avoid the place the lie about what they offer. The rooms are not up to any standard just basic and damaged and mould on shower curtains. Hayley - a disgusted customer.

Stopped in Peek A Booze from Tuesday to Thursday. All but one of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The room -21- was something else. It looked like it was in the middle of being refurbished. Had tiles missing, wires showing, holes in the walls, peeling and unfinished paintwork, just shoddy workmanship all round to be fair. The sink had no plug, the taps were scalding hot or freezing cold, the shower was a lukewarm trickle and the tv did not work. I spoke with the owner Tuesday night about the tv, he assured me it would be looked at the following day. Wednesday afternoon, as it still wasn't working, I spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager, his whole attitude from the start was unhelpful, rude and absolutely disgusting. This man clearly hadn't mastered the art of dealing with customers or just generally being polite. I was told that the tv in that room didn't work anyway and "you don't come on holiday to watch tv". I wasn't able to change rooms or offered any kind of recompense, not even an apology, more of a " deal with it" attitude. Definitely would not recommend to anyone, but if you do end up staying there, avoid room 21.

I love visiting Blackpool, and when I do.. Peeks is my home away from home. There is always a warm welcome and most importantly, I always feel safe in there when I'm in drag. Keep up the great work.

I have visited peek-a-booze with my partner plenty of times, we try and have at least one drink in there whenever we visit Blackpool, ended up staying until the wee small hours more than once! Very friendly mixed crowd, reasonable drink prices and a great host in Sybil make for a top night.

Stayed Thursday and Friday. Staff was great the hotel very disappointed with not got tea coffee sugar or milk put in your room everyday and no hot water for a shower for the price of the stay you would not come back.

I've been to peekabooze several times now I don't drink but a warm welcome always sybil alec all staff amazng wouldnt go stay any where else its a wonderful place grt crowd
