Generally, not good not bad, 80k for sauna and 120k for sauna + massage are good deal ticket in Saigon. Although relax room is old and not clean, steam and jacuzzi are ok. Besides, Tung and Hung are good in massage and a little bit sensual massage. It is just little fun. The man, owner, is friendly and funny.

Old sauna. Steam room and pool is too small. For the dark room, it doesn't have privacy. Especially for middle age guy.

The only good thing is that the entrance fee is only 80000 vnd so not much to lose actually. The "darkroom" is actually a room with 6 armchairs paired up in the middle and it is quite brightly illuminated also. There is absolute no room for privacy (except toilet) plus everything is very old and run down. Crowd was mixed but many older guys who will just grab and touch you even if you put their arm away like 5 times. Whirlpool is so small that actually max. 3 persons can use it. Wherever there is some action a cloud of guys will be around you in no time trying to join in.

Went there during the Lunar New Year. It was full of local guys. No private room but actions were inside the dark room on the 4th floor. I tried the massage there as well. The guy is sight impaired but gave me a very nice relax massage. His name is Son.

The worst massage I ever had. They never introduce the place to me, maybe I could not speak vietnamese. I was massage by a half blind masseur. Massage like pinching your flesh. Not recommend to patronize.
